Individual  1 on 1 coaching

 

Health Coaches are knowledgeable advisors who provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and help you navigate the world of contradictory nutrition information to determine what changes are necessary for you.

 

Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body, and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.

 

As a client of my health coaching program, you will:

  •      set and accomplish goals in a way that is empowering and exciting

  •      work to achieve and maintain your ideal weight

  •      understand and reduce your cravings

  •      increase your energy levels

  •      feel great in your body

  •      learn about new foods and how you can easily incorporate them

  •      improve your personal relationships

  •      discover the confidence to create the life you want

 

Fee: $70 per hour

 

Recommended schedule: meetings twice a month for a minimum of 6 months to achieve lasting life style changes and developing better eating habits.

Group Coaching

 

If you and your friends have similar goals and are looking for a great activity you could do together to support each other through the process of improving your health, group coaching might be the right choice for you.  

 

Fee: $120 per hour - 6 people maximum

 

Recommended schedule: meetings twice a month for a minimum of 6 months to achieve lasting life style changes and developing better eating habits.

Family Coaching

 

It is difficult to change your eating habits and lifestyle if your family members are not on board.

 

When I changed my eating a few years ago, I brought my family along with me on this wild ride. It was not easy or fast, but I found ways to bring this crucial information to my kids and my husband with love, compassion and without judgment.  I have also helped many others to bring healthier eating habits into their homes without causing distress or anguish.

 

If you’d like to get your family on a healthier track, but do not know where to start and how to do it, you might want to consider having me help you in this transition. 

 

Family coaching includes:

  • going over current diet and help with cleaning out pantry, fridge and hidden stash of junk

  • shopping and cooking ideas

  • healthy food preparation for snacks an lunches

  • educational classes and lots of visual help for the kids

  • family meetings to evaluate progress

  • educational lectures and movies to be watched as a family

 

Note: I do not coach children alone without parents, unless at least one parent has already taken my 6-week Nutrition Immersion program and is completely aware of the education I provide.

 

Fee: $100 per hour -  I come to your house.
